She states she thought the stretcher was going to hit an EMS provider that was walking by so she tried to stop the stretcher but it continued rolling and her right hand was caught between the stretcher and the door frame. She c o pain minimal swelling to dorsal aspect of right hand. Demonstrated full range of motion and signed Incident report form.
