Associate was watching sutures being removed and states she felt dizzy lightheaded then lost her vision and hearing and woke up face up on the floor. Her leader described that she had a syncopal episode where she fell and hit the back of her head. She awoke without AS and was able to state events leading up to the event. She endured an approximately 1.5 laceration to posterior head bleeding controlled.
