I was having symptoms of radiating pain in my forearm and tingling and numbness in my ring finger and pinky finger on my right hand. I went to my PCP her referred me to an Orthopedic doctor and they had me go for an EMG and they have informed me with a diagnosis G56.21 Cubital tunnel syndrome on right. Scheduled for surgery on [REDACTED]. Doctor indicated that it is due to repetitive motion and could be work related because of typing and mouse work.
