Employee was walking down the [REDA[REDACTED]ED] near first floor [REDACTED] surgery [REDA[REDACTED]ED]. As EE rounded the cornertheir right foot went out and EE went down with a thud. EE hit her left temple on the wall with a thud and cracked her glasses. Another EE witnessed the incident. Floor around EE was visibly wet. There were no caution wet floor signs noted. EE had blood visible at left temple; was awake and able to speak.
