What happened
Medical staff was preforming CT guided lung biopsy. Medical staff had just taken his first core sample of the lung nodule and dropped the biopsy device and tried to grab it before it hit the ground. Device hit finger and went through glove drawing blood. Medical staff removed gown and gloves and squeezed affected finger and washed hands with soap and water.
