Employee was coming back from transporting a patient to the floor. Employee was on the elevator when another employee pushing a stretcher attempted to enter the elevator. At this time the employee entering the elevator hit employee 's stretcher head on driving the employee 's stretcher into her and pushing employee back against the wall of the elevator. Employee experienced back pain after incident.
