What happened
When staff member was providing direct therapy for client staff was prompting client to mand for a hug with his AAC device and blocked client from climbing onto staff lap. The client attempted to climb onto staff lap further and turned backwards leaning body onto staff. Staff turned away and moved chair back slightly. The client moved their body in a backwards motion causing the back of head to make contact with staff nose as she turned back towards client.
