What happened
Employee was using the bathroom and when she stood up her foot slipped out from under her causing fall. EE tried to brace fall using hands and in doing so injured left wrist. EE states the floor was wet with condensation and did notify EVS after the incident. EVS stated that it was humid back there and so keeping the floors dry was a challenge. EE called 360 health and it was recommended that EE was evaluated in the ED.
