What happened
Patient had a vasovagal response out on bedside commode after being placed on by physical therapy. Physical therapy pulled code blue alarm. PCT runs in as physical therapy attempts to transfer the patient back in bed horizontally. PCT helps lift patient back into bed from bedside commode where the injury to the PCT occurred. Patient was unharmed and woke up immediately.
