What happened
I entered pt room to discuss pt 's D C and found pt lying perpendicular across center of bed pt agonal breathing cyanotic unresponsive. As first responding staff I repositioned pt 's torso toward head of bed lifted him slightly to accommodate moving past side rail. Felt a slight pull in left lateral elbow area. Did not call ouchline at that time as the left arm was only mildly sore. Since that time symptoms have progressed. Ouchline called [REDACTED].
