On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] an assembler was pulling hoses from the tunnel to the crane box when she hit her right knee on the crossmember of the body cart and got her foot stuck resulting in her hearing a pop in her knee. I spoke with the employee about being more careful and more aware of their surroundings while working under a body.
