Applying Floor Markings

On [REDACTED] a Continuous Improvement Specialist moved a Z-rack back to it 's original position after putting down floor marking tape in the area. While returning to work they were stepping over the steel tube with the wheels mounted to it their foot caught on a corner of the Z-Rack Base and the employee fell resulting in pain in their elbow knee and wrist. While standing up blood was seen on the ground and was determined to be coming from the knee. A towel was used to manage the bleeding then found safety to report the incident. The blood was cleaned up by a safety team member appropriately.
