What happened
On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] an assembler was relocating a mech crane stand (pallet) from approximately 6 feet off the ground with an overhead hoist. While backing up with said pallet employee backed into the horsehead of the crane behind him causing no immediate pain. Employee 's shift was over at [REDACTED]. After leaving work they went to a gas station and had extreme pain in lower back making it hard for them to get out of their vehicle. Employee tried to come back to report to their supervisor.
