Adjusting misaligned pallets

Packaging technician was performing a non-routine task adjusting misaligned pallets being fed into the combo line palletizer. The task required them to duck under the layer head and manually realign the pallet so the photo eye detected their presence. When they attempted to backout from under they layer head and stand up they struck the back of their head on the round photo eye reflector.
