What happened
Packaging supervisor was walking in front of the stretch wrap bailers south of the combo line de-palletizer. Injured employee threw a piece of crumpled up paper towards a maintenance technician heading towards the tool shed. As the Injured Employee was bringing their right foot back down their foot slipped out to the right as they tried to catch themselves with the same foot and their ankle rolled out causing the injured employee to fall to the floor.
