Co-worker was enroute to event [REDACTED] in [REDACTED]. Was on [REDACTED] no weather or visibility issues traffic came to abrupt unexpected stop. Co-worker stopped but truck behind them did not & diverted to median to avoid a collision. A [REDACTED] further behind was unable to stop which resulted in collision. Co-worker 's car was able to function despite the damage. Co-worker called police; officer said accident report would be available in a week by report ID #. No immediate medical attention was required on scene. Co-worker had general soreness in neck back knee (foot had the brake depressed at time of impact).
