[REDACTED] was grinding a slug using his fingers. He was holding onto an overhanging piece lip of metal when grinding and the slug shot out of his hands. It ripped his gloves and caused a sizable cut on his index finger. He was wearing two pairs of gloves but not using the vicegrips. Stated that he usually uses the vicegrips but didn 't think he could use them with that extra metal on the side. He was taken to the clinic by [REDACTED] where he was stitched up and returned to work with no restrictions the same [REDACTED].
