What happened
I was In the vessel vacuuming I was under the manhole removing water from pressure washing. I had taken my hard hat off because it kept falling off my head from me bending over and the movements from the work I was doing. Although I was not wearing my Hardhat I was wearing my earplugs and running a vacuum and did not hear anyone trying to get my attention. next thing I knew I felt a hard blow to my head and fell down. Afterwards I looked up and another employee had made contact with me and helped me from the vessel and to the safety office for further medical treatment and evaluation.
