IW was in a scissor lift approximately 20 feet high with a co-worker in the process of aligning a 4 'X8 'x5 8 (80lb) piece of [REDACTED] for installation on a wall. While placing the material he heard a pop and felt extreme pain in his left shoulder. Work partners (Teladoc) advised that the worker should be seen at an occupational Clinic for further evaluation.
