Before the incident
While loading mixer #2 with the ingredients bucket as the employee lifted the bucket to dump and load they felt a slight pinch in the right side of their neck. Employee did finish their shift that day then experienced pain and discomfort the next day came in to work the following day and reported it to their supervisor and went home shortly afterwards because of the pain of initial injury.
