What happened
Employee states I asked physical therapy if it was safe to transfer the patient independently and was told the evaluation went well and a chair to bed transfer was safe. During the transfer the patient was unable to move her left side requiring me to bear all her weight to prevent a fall. During the transfer I felt a pull in my mid lower back and continue to experience pain.
