Assisting in taking down a coil to change products.

The two workers wrapped the coil back up then put the end of the coil into a slotted area of the Coil Arm however it was not secured. The coil sprung out of the slotted area and fell towards the ground. On the way down the coil came into contact with the supervisor 's right forearm causing a laceration requiring stitches.
