What happened
Worker arrived at work late for his shift and exited his car and ran towards the door through the parking lot. While he was running he tried to stop as he was closer to the door and could not stop in time. His right leg planted and his body went over his leg resulting in a dislocated knee knee fracture and torn ligaments.
