Before the incident

What happened
New multiple of power cable being attached to the outgoing reel at Armor 7. Operator tied wire to the cable and fed cable through the window of the drum. Operator attempted to pull the tied wire to the far handle for tie off. The wire broke at the connection causing the operator to fall backward.
