What happened
While loading the wheel support robot the employee placed the weldment into the fixture. After loading he noticed that the spindle end of the weldment was not positioned against the locating stop. To correct this he pushed on the opposite end of the weldment. During this adjustment the part slipped off the clamp end and struck his finger causing injury.
