Associate was attempting to correct a lid gap from a jam above the sensor of the machine.

The associate was attempting to pass a sleeve of lids back up through the sensor in attempts to free the jam and had their finger in the line of fire. the pressurized lids above the jam point released and fell onto the employee 's exposed finger causing the laceration.
