The employee was returning to their workstation and did not stop clear the path for traffic. The forklift operator was blowing their horn repeatedly as reported by witnesses. This employe walked directly out in the path of travel of the forklift and was subsequently struck by the forklift mast as the forklift operator turned in attempts to avoid striking the employee.
