What happened
While portering for a passenger [REDACTED] (Luggage Porter) bent over to pick up bag off cart and place into trunk area. While doing so Mr. [REDACTED] felt a small pop and pull to his lower back. Mr. [REDACTED] finished putting the bag in the vehicle and reported his injury to the superintendent. Mr. [REDACTED] was questioned if any unusual conditions were present during the incident he stated that the baggage weight was normal and he picked it up with plenty of space around him. No awkward movements.
