What happened
EE stated she was standing in her work position (bone in loin combo) checking the combo when she felt the impact of a mule hit her back. She remembers screaming and grabbing onto the combo while feeling a sharp pain in her lower back. She stated she didn 't remember anything else until she arrived at the nurses station.
