Before the incident
Employee was working on Boiler #1 FD Fan. When this fan is offline it gets a Draft and spins the fan he was using a pipe wrench to stop the fan from moving. When installing the Motor the pipe wrench slipped off and the fan started to spin.
What happened
tried to get the pipe wrench on it to have it stop and the momentum spun the pipe wrench around and hit the top of his hand.
