Employee was walking in the department by the sample board.
What happened
Employee was walking at front of the sample board in front of press 114. There was a chain down on the floor that was removed by mold tech while they were building some samples on that press. The employee didn 't notice the chain was in the floor and stepped over causing him to twist his ankle slip and fall down on the floor. Ankle looked broken which is why security called an ambulance.
