Employee was walking to work station from Cafe.
What happened
Employee was walking from cafe after dropping off her lunch box heading to the supervisor desk located by press 523 so she can receive her assignment. She was not walking on the blue aisle instead she was walking by the side of press 520. She didn 't notice there was a piece of plastic sprue on the floor. When she went to step over it she slipped and then fell down twisting her knee. Employee who was close to her called security and supervisor. After seeing the injury security called an ambulance due to the employee could not move their leg. Employee kept repeating that their knee felt broken.
