What happened
On [REDACTED] I received a phone call from [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] letting me know that he was at a patient 's house a dog(s) came at him and bite him on his legs. He did ask the patient to put the dogs away but the patient didn 't do put the dog(s) away right away or he put him up after the dog(s) bit [REDACTED]. EE NOR605 states he called ahead to request the dogs be contained work was outside on the porch. Patient opened door and dogs exited through door to immediate multiple attacks.
