What happened
[REDACTED] was delivering a 10 liter concentrator around [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. When he picked up the concentrator out of the van he felt some minor discomfort on his upper back and right shoulder. He felt it was very minor but the pain gradually increased throughout the day and his right arm was beginning to feel numb. [REDACTED] called the manager about [REDACTED] . I asked him if he was safe to drive back to the office and he said yes. He then called Medcor and their recommendation was seek care within the [REDACTED]. Sending him to St Luke 's Occ Health.
