Unloading cylinders

On [REDACTED] Plant Operator [REDACTED] began unloading empty cylinders from a trailer with Plant Manager [REDACTED] and Production Tech [REDACTED]. He unloaded two OXKM cylinders weighing between 150 and 170 pounds each and returned to the trailer to unload two WTL acetylene cylinders weighing about 200 pounds each. He had just moved the WTL cylinders about a foot when he collapsed. [REDACTED] heard him and the cylinders fall. He went to check on [REDACTED] and found him slumped against the wall of the trailer making snoring noises. [REDACTED] called [REDACTED]. The [REDACTED] dispatchers instructed [REDACTED] on how to position [REDACTED] to perform CPR. By this point the police arrived on the scene followed by the paramedics who began CPR. [REDACTED] was transported to the nearest hospital where he passed away.
