Driving a fork truck to unload a trailer.

While unloading pallets from dock door 14. The top three pallets on a pallet stack slid backwards the operator dismounted his forktruck to slide them back forward. During this time the pallets began to slide back even further which led to their left elbow hyperextending and causing a strain pop in their left bicep.
