PULLING CORE OFF STACK DURING AN UPSET CONDITION
What happened
A STACK OF [REDACTED] OVERRAN A SENSOR INSIDE THE INFEED OF THE SAW. EMPLOYEE LOCKED OUT MACHINE AND ENTERED INFEED AREA TO ADJUST [REDACTED] BACK INTO POSITION. AS THE EMPLOYEE WAS EXITING THE INFEED HE PLACED HIS LEFT FOOT ON TOP OF A FREE-SPINNING ROLLER. HIS FOOT SLIPPED OFF THE ROLLER CAUSING PAIN IN HIS LEFT KNEE.
