EMPLOYEE WAS SPINNING A 4 'X8 ' DOOR ON A FLIP-ASSIST TABLE OUTFITTED WITH ROLLER BALLS ON THE SURFACE. AS THE EMPLOYEE WAS SPINNING THE DOOR THE DOOR SLID OFF THE TABLE AND PINCHED THEIR RIGHT MIDDLE FINGER BETWEEN THE DOOR AND A ROLLER BALL ON THE TABLE SURFACE.
