Moving a GP by hand.

On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Norco Employee [REDACTED] was injured by a falling Oxygen GP cylinder (tag # 330428) that tipped over while being repositioned post filling. The GP fell on his right foot breaking the skin on the top mid foot accompanied by bruising and swelling. [REDACTED] informed me of the incident at approximately [REDACTED]. We called MEDCOR (Reference # 27928268) and spoke with [REDACTED]. I obtained an instant ice pack for [REDACTED] to use while he was on the phone to Medcor. No bleeding was visible when [REDACTED] removed his safety shoe and stock. [REDACTED] did indicate that he could not fully bear weight on his right foot. Based on triage questions [REDACTED] was advised to seek medical treatment within 2 hours and obtain a return to work release. [REDACTED] did state that he was repositioning the GP post filling without using a GP cart. He was aided in righting the GP by [REDACTED] with Petersen Brothers Construction who was in the area.
