Employee was assisting forming team in clearing a glass clog on the drain chute of 13 Shop.
What happened
Operations experienced an error where they lost forehearth temperature. Employee was part of the group that fixed the error. After leaving work employee reported to supervisor that he believed he was overheated and advised he was taking the next day off to rest. The next day employee reported feeling better however late [REDACTED] his wife found him inside their residence believed to be having a seizure. Employee was transported to hospital where he received a preliminary diagnosis of low sodium due to heat exposure. Hospital documents to follow.
