Administering insulin
What happened
Just after administering insulin IW turned to lay flex pen down on table to remove needle and accidently picked her finger of non dominant hand and punctured skin with used needle. IW immediately removed glove and squeezed her finger to drain some blood. Then she went into bathroom and washed hands well with antibacterial soap and water. No apparent injury noted besides the puncture site.
