in the process of mobilizing the saddle injection cover plates at the [REDACTED] - Main Cable A.

As the plate was suspended in rigging the crew began to drift the piece through the fascia wall panel using a come along. In doing so the lower section of the plate got caught up on the main cable shroud bolts. As the worker began to free up the plate the load shifted and pinched his right hand between the cable shroud causing a laceration.
