What happened
At [REDACTED] iron worker [REDACTED] started lowering the aluminum pick to the safe span when it got hung up on a cable of the safe span below. [REDACTED] moved from the lowering position to free the pick from the cable below. As he was moving into position to free the pick from the cable the load shifted and stated to fall. The iron worker reached out to grab the pick to prevent it from falling as he grabbed the pick in motion he felt a pop in his right bicep.
