At approx. [REDACTED] employee squatted down on the east end of a finished bundle in mill 3 packing frames. In the squatted position employee placed a bundle tag into the end of the bundle. After placing the bundle tag employee stood back up from the squatting position and felt a sharp tight pain in their left leg from their knee to their calf area of the leg.
