[REDACTED] was picking her orders when she started walking at a quick pace while pushing cart in front of her. Cart is approximately 5ft 8in in height. A piece of wood debris became caught in the wheel of her cart which locked up her wheel causing her cart to tip over. Wheel of the cart hit [REDACTED] in her right toe and both shins. [REDACTED] states she 's had pain in her right shoulder from holding on to the cart in an attempt to stop it from tipping over. She believes she might have aggravated her past shoulder injury from [REDACTED].
