employee was completing a replen at A2-05-01 on [REDACTED] and said she felt very exhausted but didn 't think it was anything serious. She came into work the next day and had some pain in her shoulder but did not report it and worked as normal. The next day when she woke up she said she could barely move her left arm and went to the doctor.
