What happened
I was adjusting the belt to the conveyor on Line 18 in Grinds the Ulma belt. The conveyor belt was running and I was trying to adjust the belt to move items more toward the left. The conveyor needs to be running to be able to fix it. There are two conveyor belts and they run opposite of each other. While working the wrench he was holding slipped and his right thumb caught between the two belts moving causing a bruise to the left thumb and a laceration to the left thumb.
