What happened
I was wrapping a pallet and I felt some baskets (totes) in the area of my legs and knees. EE was wrapping a pallet with wrap when a co worker came along behind him pulling a hand jack with a pallet of totes. One of the totes broke and fell onto the EE 's thighs which then pushed him down and he fell on his knees. EE is reporting pain in the bilateral knees and thighs.
