What happened
The team member was assisting with a welding repair outside for an extended period of time on a T&W trailer and arc flash from the UV light caused welder’s flash to the team member’s eyes. The team member was not directly looking at the light emitted from the welding process however the light was deflected on different surfaces and got into the team member’s eyes.
