[REDACTED] was attempting to adjust guide on table when it was caught on the removable table top.
What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Bay 4 Guides Assembly associate reported an incident involving their Right Index Finger. The associate was working at their assembly table when they were attempting to push guide angles across the table when one end of the angle became stuck on the table. Once the angle got stuck on the table the associate examined what was causing the issue and discovered that the angle had gotten caught on a chipped UHMW strip that was filling a gap on the assembly table. After this the associate attempted to lift the end of the angle that was caught and move it over the chipped strip. While doing so the associate moved the angle too far over and pinched their Right Index Finger between the angle they were moving and an angle that was already staged on the other side of the assembly table from where they were working.
